Terms of service
Last updated 17 August 2026
1. What this covers
These terms govern your agency’s use of Uber Agency OS (“the service”), a hosted workspace for agency operations and finance. By creating a workspace or using one you have been invited to, your agency accepts these terms.
2. Accounts and access
A workspace belongs to the agency, not to any individual. The agency owner controls who may access it and at what role. Team seats and client portal viewers are unlimited on every plan; we will not introduce seat metering for an existing subscription.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Account recovery during private launch runs through the contact form, while self-service password reset is being built.
3. Your data and your ownership of it
Everything your agency enters (clients, invoices, expenses, campaigns, documents) remains your agency’s property. We process it to operate the service and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.
- Receipts and uploads stream to the storage account you connect (for example your Google Drive). We store the link, not the file.
- Advertising data is fetched using access tokens you supply, from ad accounts you control. We take no percentage of ad spend and hold no relationship with your ad accounts.
- You can export your records to CSV at any time, on any plan, including during a trial and after cancellation. Media plans also export to Excel.
4. Plans, billing and the metered unit
Plans are priced by the number of active clients in your workspace during a billing month, as defined on the pricing page and shown live in Settings. Team seats, client viewers, records, currencies, exports and audit logging are never metered: unlimited team seats, unlimited client portal viewers, every currency, every fx rule, full csv export, every module, complete audit logging.
Trials run 21 days and cost $1, taken at sign-up. Cancel inside the trial and nothing further is charged. Prices are quoted in USD; where a local billing rail applies, the local price is fixed for the quarter rather than recalculated from daily exchange rates.
5. Cancellation and what happens to your history
You can cancel at any time. On cancellation or downgrade, your financial history becomes read-only. It is never hidden and never deleted as a consequence of not paying. You keep the ability to view and export it. If you ask us to delete your workspace, we will do so and confirm when it is done.
6. Availability and the limits of what we promise
The service is provided as-is during private launch, without a formal uptime commitment. Features described publicly as unbuilt are unbuilt; nothing on our site should be read as a promise of a feature that does not exist on the day you read it.
The service assists with financial record-keeping. It is not an accountant, an auditor, or a tax filing agent, and figures it produces do not constitute accounting or tax advice. Invoices issued from the platform are not, on their own, tax-authority-cleared documents in jurisdictions that mandate e-invoicing clearance.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to attack or probe our infrastructure, or to resell access without a written agreement with us.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance in the product. Price changes never apply mid-term: an existing subscription keeps its price for the period already paid, and founder-rate agreements are honoured for their stated duration.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: send them through the contact form.
